The short version

Rent Agreement Generator is built around one principle: your agreement details never leave your browser. The generator runs entirely client-side, the PDF is produced on your device, and we do not collect, store or transmit any personal information you type into the form.

What we do collect

• Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) — page views, approximate country, device type, referrer. We do not collect IP addresses in identifiable form (IP anonymization is enabled).
• Server logs from Cloudflare (our hosting provider) — standard HTTP access logs kept for 30 days, used only for security and abuse prevention.

What we never collect

• Your name, address, email, phone, or any other PII you type into the generator.
• The contents of any agreement you generate. The PDF is produced entirely in your browser and is never uploaded.
• Any data without your consent.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies — only those set by Google Analytics for measurement. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers beyond Google\'s own analytics stack. You can block them via your browser or any standard consent tool.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics / Tag Manager — aggregate traffic measurement.
• Google Fonts — font files served from fonts.googleapis.com.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and DDoS protection.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP Act India)

You can request deletion of any analytics data associated with you by emailing contact@rentagreementgenerator.com. Because we do not collect names or emails, the most reliable approach is to send us your approximate visit date and country so we can locate the record.

Changes

We will update this page in place if our practices change, and include the new "last updated" date.
