Rent Agreement Generator provides free, informational templates for residential rental and lease agreements, plus supporting guides. Using the generator does not create an attorney-client relationship. The documents we produce are educational starting points, not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.
2. Use of the tool
You may use the generator and the content on this site for personal or business purposes including generating agreements for real tenancies. You may not:
- Scrape or automate downloads of our pages at a rate that disrupts service.
- Rebrand the raw output as a paid service without adding substantive value.
- Misrepresent our documents as legal advice.
